If there's something that they cannot fix and/or find another issue while working on the automobile, they will inform you. If there's an issue (only happened once and it was a simple fix) after they have completed a service on the automobile, I've been able to return and they look at it with no issue. Or if there's an issue that you mentioned that the didn't notice during the visit, they will instruct you to take a picture and/or video so that they are able to rectify the issue.”

Thank you Kitty for your help getting my problem resolved. Your help is greatly appreciated. I truly was not expecting a phone call and I was surprised when I received it. Customer service these days is rare and you went above and beyond...........fyi to shoppers. If you have a road hazard issue with tires do not reorder from walmart.com as i was told to do. Have the store order it for you. There is definitely a communication breakdown between walmart.com and the stores.
Do not purchase road hazard warranty through walmart.com. if you do it, do it in the store only. Walmart.com and the Walmart stores have not quite figured out how to handle a road hazard problem if it occurs if you bought your tires on Walmart.com. I am out $235 for a tire that I was told I needed to order for road hazard warranty and once it was ordered they cannot figure out how to give me my money bac”
