“There was a wonderful employee but the name of Lisa at the Dollar Tree on FM 150 in Kyle, Tx. We were coming from New Braunfels and looking for a certain product. We had called several other Dollar Trees coming this way only to be brushed off, put on hold for over 15 minutes and simply made to feel as though we were bother. It was a completely difference experience with her. She was friendly on the phone and in person. She went above and beyond in the way she serves her customers. Thank you Lisa, you were a blessing today!”

“I would like to say how much I love Dollar General stores for my quick convenient needs, but unfortunately I go in with a certain lowered expectation of quality service. Today changed my perspective.I was shopping around and started looking for the greeting cards section. Almost immediately someone asked if I needed help and then went and grabbed a basket for me to put my 6 items I barely held with my hands. She guided me to the card isle and told me to have a great day. This experience is what customer service was all about. I pass several dollar stores on my way home, but this one will now be my only one.The persons name was Tabatha and she works at the 3100 Windy Hill Road in Buda, TX (78610) location. I made sure to go back in the store and ask for her name. So many people tend to report only the negative experiences and forget to share the wonderful ones.Please do anything you can to tell her what a great asset she is to the store. “These are the people from your neighborhood. I avoid Walmart and HEB at all costs to pick up what I can at DG. Inevitably I have to stock up at a box store, but DG has all the little things you need to avoid that nightmare as much as possible. Always reasonable prices and friendly staff!”

“Nice store usually has everything I'm looking for just the only complaint is that it has bad outside lighting they have light fixtures but only two are working it gets very dark at night maybe replace the burnt lights to improve outside lighting of your parking lot for safety reasons.”
