Like you, I found Ben White Auto through Google reviews. Jerome and his staff took excellent care of our 2018 Honda Civic, which needed a good amount of work. First, I was a walk-in, but was treated as if I had an appointment. I was also a first time customer. Secondly, Jerome explained everything to me thoroughly and in language I could understand. I asked for two things, but wound up needing four issues addressed. They fixed the air conditioning- hallelujah! Next they did our TX state inspection. FYI- They send photos for everything, and you have the ability to approve any work online- all you have to do is click on the link. So there is total transparency and photos of what needs to be done. That’s where they found the brake fluid needs. And lastly one of the mechanics, I won’t name him for fear everyone will ask for him haha, went above and beyond to repair a light that initially was priced out much higher due to the approach needed to get to the light. He found an alternate solution. My bill was high- but I know it would’ve been much much higher elsewhere. Extremely grateful to Ben White Auto and the whole staff. Your car is in excellent hands at this shop. I recommend them in the highest possible sense!”

Ashley at the front desk was great at explaining the process and letting me know when the truck would get there and that I was in a safe place.The tow truck driver Shenkia called me to let me know when she would be arriving. She also asked me if I was in a safe place. I appreciated both women asking me if I was safe.She was absolutely amazing when she showed up for the tow. She was in a great mood, made us laugh(which we needed) and was very professional.I would definitely use this company again. I would ask if Shenkia was available for the tow because she was so great.I highly recommend this company.”

“I had my fuel pump go out while I was outside the city limits. I called Southside and they coordinated getting me a driver, Mark Fowler, who called me while le he was en route. He asked what I had tried to rectify the problem and after we had agreed I had done all I could do he showed up and loaded my Silverado onto his truck. It was a tight parking place but he got it out and loaded without issues. He dropped it off at my mechanic in a place where they could just roll it into their bay.
All in all I found Southside to be quick, reliable, and professional. This is not the first time I've used Southside and the driver's are always first class.”
“Excellent service! I worked with Daniel on the details and Josh did the towing. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable. The fee was reasonable and my insurance was able to reimburse me. I also want to point out that they offer a service unique to most other local companies in that they can provide lower clearance towing. My car needed to be towed out of a parking garage with an 8'2" clearance. NO ONE connected to my insurance has that equipment. And for just reason ATX Towing was a diamond in the rough. I want to be clear that negative reviews you might read here are pretty unbalanced. There's often an unfair adversarial nature with tow truck drivers because so often people reviewing them got towed unexpectedly and/or the situation they found themselves in was inherently stressful. This company stuck to their word on when they would arrive and were clear about expectations and answering questions. Great communication. 10/10 would use their service again if I had to.”
