I am hard core Cajun and traveled to LA from TX last 30 yrs for REAL sausage. This place can give DONs in Scott, LA a run for the money!! This is my "Go To Place" for wonderfully smoked meats! D Houston

We are located directly across from Houston County Electric Coop. We offer hand cut steaks, fresh deli meats and cheese and smoked sausage, as well as our frozen food section. We take pride in all of our smoked products being made inhouse! J&W selections includes 8 varieties of smoked sausage, many varieties smoked cheese, snack sticks, boudin and summer sausage. We also offer custom wild game processing. There is no "batch" work done here!
