“I have to say the overall experience with Franks the company as a whole has been Great.... although the repairs could've been more extensive and more attention to detail . I had my Ram brought into get serviced at this location and when I got it back the first time I was told it was complete but when I entered the vehicle my engine light was on . I was instructed that it has to be driven x amount of mileage to reset the computer. It did not . I brought i back to get the issue fixed . A week later it was finished yet again 3 days later the check engine light came on yet again and by this time I was out of rental coverage from my insurance and I noticed a couple of other issues that was not addressed. I had to take it to a diffrent franks to get my issues solved and of course 3 times the charm . My truck is repaired all issues taken care of. I want to also say at both Franks collision locations the customer service portion of it was excellent only one shop was mechanically better . Maybe my issues was a difficult one idk. Thank you Franks for yalls help”
“I was rear ended and I needed extensive bodywork done to my car. They got me in a timely manner. They were able to handle my insurance company and they were even a Preferred shop through my insurance. They kept me updated throughout the process. They even helped me Arrange a rental car and allowed me to park the rental car there so the company could pick it up once the work was complete. I was very happy with the service, the quality of work and the timeframe it was complete in. I hope I never need bodywork done again, but if I do, I will definitely be back.”
