“I can't recommend Cho's enough! They did an amazing job fixing my 2015 Dodge Challenger, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. My Challenger looks incredible, and it's obvious they take great pride in what they do. What impressed me even more was their commitment to customer satisfaction. There was one small thing that wasn't exactly how I wanted it, and instead of giving me a hard time or making excuses, the MANAGER HIM SELF immediately told me to bring it back the very next day. He got right to work and made sure everything was exactly to my liking as quickly as possible. That level of professionalism and customer service is hard to find these days. They truly stand behind their work and genuinely care about making their customers happy. If you're looking for an auto body shop that's honest, skilled, and treats you with respect, Cho's is the place to go. Thank you to the entire team but MAINLY the manager for bringing my car back to life! I'll definitely be recommending you to all of my family and friends.”

“I had to sit down and properly write this review. RUN dont walk!! They were not only super helpful, but quick and efficient. Best customer service ever and the work was 10/10. Honestly scroll through the rest of the reviews and let that speak for itself. We’re not all giving them 5 stars for no reason!!”

“I experienced a damaged front passenger door with big scrapes on the passenger side rear door. I also had time issues for scheduling a repair. The serviceman was very helpful in explaining what was needed and providing an estimate to fix it . Repairs were performed on my needs and completed as expected. I was awed by the repairs and the car looked like brand new. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.”

“True craftsmanship for my Tesla. I went to 3 other Tesla authorized shop that immediately wanted to “change the full part” (the trunk gate of my cybertruck) for a small dent at the top side… CMS were the only shop that tried to actually fix it and they succeeded without changing the entire piece. The other shops are “part changers”… these guys are mechanics … good job guys.”

“This place is fantastic! Marvin and the team there do an excellent job, genuinely care about your vehicle, and don’t mislead you with unnecessary gimmicks like some other shops might. They are truthful and offer reasonable prices, especially when you think about the realm of Bimmers and how costly it can be to be involved in that scene. I would recommend to all especially those in the Mini Cooper world! 5 more ⭐”

“I’m very picky when it comes to hiring any kind of service. If you’re going to offer professional services, then do it right and be professional with it. I’m a real stickler for detail and for doing the job right if you accept the work. With that said, they DID IT RIGHT. I bought my wheels and tires through them as well, for a very reasonable price, and had them powder coat the wheels gloss black. Everything came out exceptional. The wheels look absolutely perfect, and the glossy black finish came out exactly how I wanted it. They're honestly perfect, not a flaw, perfect wet glossy black finish. Any imperfection you see in the photos is just grease I didn’t wipe off before taking the photo. They have a nice sized shop, the setup looks very nice. I didn't realize they do more than just powder coat. After seeing their shop and seeing the finished wheels, these guys are the real deal. Like I said I'm a stickler for detail and these wheels came out perfect. I don’t know what else to say, exceptional work. Absolutely will be back, highly recommend.”

“Top notch auto repair in all of Houston. My car unfortunately broke down off of West Alabama. I am not from Houston but I had it towed to RMS to see what the problem was. I choose RMS because off the great reviews. I called first and told Ashley (who is absolutely wonderful to deal with) the situation. They got my vehicle right in. They diagnosed the problem quickly and Ashley kept my up to date at all times. I strongly recommend!!!”

“Victor and the crew at master auto body are exceptional, responsive, and transparent. I had them fix my QX50 after 16k of damage from another driver. They advocated for me and did a clean job. Subsequently I sent over my nanny’s car which was heavily damaged which they fixed, then my moms Audi which they also fixed and now finally my father in laws Tucson which hit a pole. Yes sounds like I know a lot of people who get into accidents but Victor and his shop are always top notch in getting it done right. You won’t be disappointed!”
