She brought me pieces to the dressing room that I would never think to grab off the rack for myself and nailed it! If only I had her to help me get dressed every day ?. Not only can she style but it's clear how much she cares for her customers. She was truly a blessing and has earned another patron, so much so that I plan to tell all my ladies to go to her first.”

“I was helping a family member locate a gift on Brighton's website and saw this boutique may have it. Called 30 minutes before closing and she offered to wait for us to get there! So many things to look at but didnt want to make her stay open any later. Will definitely be back. Beautiful selection of so many different things. Check this place out, you wont regret it.”

“This was the first time I ever walked into an Old Navy store since my return to the USA back in 2001! I just didn't know what to expect.
As I walked in I was readily greeted and asked if I need help. I just told her that I had never been to an Old Navy store and would like to browse a bit. The apparel (for me) is trendy. Not that I wouldn't be interested, just most of it not my style
They carry clothing for young and old, men/women & children, leisure and active wear. I had to smile when I saw hop scotch on the floor for the younger customers. Shame on me for not taking a picture of it. Next time around.
They have 2 fitting rooms. Also, enough personnel to keep folded items folded, neat on shelves and displays. Floors were clean and clear. The store itself had a good vibe to it!
Even though they have wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot in front of the store does not. I did see two items that I was interested in, but today was just a day to browse.”

“One star off because I saw the clothes in clearance deal with little less prices than full price at which I bought couple months ago. I wish they always kept the average price instead of full price then some % off and then clearance price. But I like the place for shopping clothes for my whole family.”
“There is a young lady who works at the Ross’s on 146–I believe that is still considered part of Baytown. Over the past 2-3 months, I have shopped there maybe 3-4 times. Since that time, I always see this same young lady — working so hard!
Last night—when I arrived, she was hanging up returned, or tried on, clothing back to their appropriate areas—she is very fast! Then, not long after, I see her at the cashier/return area—the ONLY employee in that area—greeting each customer, answering the phone, taking returns, ringing up sales—and all while being professional, welcoming, smart, quick—and always with kindness. Her name is “Rachel.” Please give this young Lady praise, respect & encouragement! We ALL, each need to lift others up—by being positive, encouraging, respectful, showing appreciation — positive brings positive. A positive culture attracts & keeps — GREAT folks—GREAT employees.

Keep in mind that these stores only accept clean, trending clothes from certain brands that the younger demographic actually buys. That’s not the employees’ choice, they’re simply following instructions from higher ups . They also typically don’t take formal wear, and staff will tell you that when you turn in your clothes. Walking in with dress clothes and expecting a payout will only lead to disappointment, and complaining to the staff won’t change that, Mr. or Mrs. Karen.
Plenty of people claim their clothes are “practically brand new,” yet when staff checks, they find stains on the inside or other areas. Who’s going to buy that? If your items don’t meet the store’s standards, it’s not personal it’s policy.
Retail workers already deal with enough nonsense on the job. Show them the same respect you expect in return. Before you snap at an employee, ask yourself, how would you feel in their shoes?
If this hurts your feelings, take it as a reality check.. the whole world doesn’t revolve around you :)”
“When i went xmas shopping last night i was expecting long lines, an unorganized store, and tired employees, and although thats what happened my experience was a good one. The thing that made the difference was the cashier whos name she said was Alexandra. She was so nice and answered any questions i had.
