I don’t know where else to turn to get food I don’t have much family that’s willing to help. I’m reading through reviews people are saying I have to apply to get food. What would be the steps to be able to get food please anything helps Im like at few days from having nothing I literally have eggs and water at this point. The other food banks required me to have food stamps.”

“Favorite thing is NO music or commercials or anything played over the speakers in the weight room upstairs or the functional weight room downstairs. Love the silence. Makes it calm, enjoyable, and easy to hear my headphones of my audiobook or podcast. Been going to gyms for 25 years and appreciate less noise. It is a fancy facility thanks to the upgrades in recent years post hurricane Harvey. Started going here again December 2023 short term.”
