First time processing a deer and great experience. The flavor is remarkable especially the slim Jim’s.

I was recommended by a friend for the snack sticks. Had cheddar and pepper jack make and both are great. I de-boned the meat before I took it in, which saved some money. Took 23lbs of meat in and got 36 pounds back ($366.00). That is a lot of snack sticks. They taste better than the ones I made last year.
