The delivery had to be changed a few times on my end, which was no problem for Jennifer and CSR team. We scheduled a 2pm delivery at our new facility and Frank showed up exactly at 2pm. He put these exactly where I needed them with ease and was on his way in 15 minutes. Great service all the way around. I highly recommend EMS.”

“Have used this location for shipping all over the world and in the USA, customer service has been above average all the way. They have always taken the time to give me multiple prices because, DHL, Fedx and postal are not the same cost or the same service . By taking the time to compare prices and shipping times, I have always got the best service, time and delivery dates for what I had to ship. As far as masks, like I have read on other comments, during the pandemic they were the required masks. Now they do not. So I do not know what that person’s problem was about the mask, but it was her problem not the employees that was the problem.”

“Update: It took me couple days to get the matter resolved, but I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the right people to explain my situation. The store manager explained to me that during the holidays some gift cards were discontinued and that unfortunately some cards may have not been pulled out of the shelves. She was very sorry and apologetic and honestly I felt that they truly cared. I currently use their printing services and always have a positive experience.I bought a Target gift card for $100 at this location. The card didn’t work. I called Target to ask for assistance and I was sadly informed that the Target gift card I purchased in Staples didn’t exist in the Target system.”

“Lane is an absolute Rockstar! His customer service skills are impeccable.I used to live in Kingwood but I’m now in Lufkin. My local store, sadly, has employees that are not very helpful or knowledgeable for that matter. They just did not know how to help me with my inquiry about a previous shipment. In my frustration I decided to reach out to The UPS Store in Atascocita to see if they could help me, as this was the store I used before my move. Not only did they help me but they went above and beyond the call of duty. It was explained to me that the information I needed could only be retrieved from my local Lufkin store. Lane was so sweet and so caring, that he offered to call the Lufkin store to help walk the employees through the process to retrieve my much needed information. What a God send he is! Thank you Lane for all you did to help me out. I appreciate it immensely. ?”
