He was concerned when my faxed didn’t connect, and offered to email my documents, and wouldn’t charge me!! In addition, his store has unique gifts, hats, backpacks etc and all the mailing/ packaging and moving items you may need. I was surprised to hear he can take pictures and process my paper work for a passport. They handle more than I can list ( notary, laminate, shred etc) I have found my new place to go!! They keep names on a computer which makes it so easy to print out labels to put on packages . I came in with a time-consuming printing project, and while I was there, I had the chance to observe how he worked. He was assisting multiple customers at once, moving between tasks with ease, and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout. At no point did it feel overwhelming or disorganized. He handled everything with focus and control.
It was genuinely impressive to watch. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is highly capable of managing a busy environment while still providing excellent service.
