“I was calling around places for floral stamps since the post office didn’t have any. When I called this place, they texted me pictures of what they had which was very helpful! And when we got there to pick up the stamps, the staff were all really helpful and willing to answer our questions about sending out wedding invitations. I highly recommend this place because their customer service is fantastic!”

Another thing I like about this place is it opens earlier than most similar businesses (8 a.m on weekdays), which is very convenient for folks who drop off packages first thing in the morning. “From the moment when I delivered this 92-year-old painting to Navis for packing and shipment to the UK, Janis Washington took personal care of it, even carrying it herself to the USPS office. It arrived in the UK within days but then lingered in UK Customs' limbo for a whole month. Regardless, Janice found the correct UK organization to contact, and finally got things moving there too, the best part being that no duty was payable!”
