This young woman in this store has the most unprofessional and customer service that I have ever experienced. If you don’t want your time to be wasted you’re better off driving to a further away location it will end up saving you time over coming to this “store”.

I trusted them with printing my wedding invite envelopes and they were perfect! Shout out to Becca for a quick turnaround and great customer service. 10/10 would go there for printing again!

Great experience with Frank today! I had 6 large envelopes i had to send out to different places, and he made it very smooth and easy. Great customer service from him.

There was a new girl I guess working today that was throwing peoples items and being super rude. I was glad to be waited on by the other gentleman that was very nice but unfortunately I can’t give this place anymore than 1 star due to me having to watch her be rude and throw things. Ridiculous with how much we pay to ship things etc

Very poor customer service. The lady at the counter named Passionate was very rude to us. She gives really weird expressions for people with colored skin. Experienced this twice with her. Had a very bad experience and totally disappointed with the service.

Hello Owner i have been coming to the store since January as i opened an Amazon Business.so normally i used to Print at home… but sometimes due to my settings your scanner was not reading my labels ..one lady at the store very professional advised that i can print the labels at UpS and would only pay service fee, whew problem solved!so been doing that 5 days a week. I normally come step on the side with my packages send my labels to the email address provided and wait and normally someone would hand the labels over to me or tell me to check my labels on the big printer friendly people indeed though your store is extremely busy! so this last Saturday May 24 2025. One of the guy not sure if he is the manager i can positively identify him He yelled at me across the store when i asked if he had printed my labels and he told me that nobody is staring at emails to see if i had sent my labels! Wow how rude i told him to pass me the labels and to stop lecturing me like im his child … literally angry walked to me n grabbed the taping machine very unprofessional as i was reenforcing my packages as my tape was kinda loose! And told me to leave the store immediately and he will not offer me any service , i left embarrassed! As i didn’t want to further engage..I want to know from you if im banned from bringing my packages to your store! Please teach him common courtesy! Nobody deserves to be disrespected in that manner in a business setting.

What a joke!! You stand on line and wait, and wait, then you are told they cant do Notary after 6pm. Not because there is not someone there to do it, but because they can't ring it up after 6pm. It truly amazes me now days how so many business create these stupid restrictions. You have a paying customer standing in your store and you turn them away?

In the past couple of weeks, I have been in for service. Silas has helped me and he goes above and beyond. He has patience and very respectful, as well as kind. He never rush me to finish and continue to tell me, it’s ok, you’re alright. Silas is a stellar representative for The UPS Store.

This store is stupid.We were given wrong Information by assistance our package camme back.We came to the store to complain but clearly the manager Becca couldn't assistance.There was no apology for wrong information given to us..So stupid.Use something else to another store
