Stopped by here for a quick diagnostic due to its reviews and I am thankful and glad I did!Thanh was super busy but was able to get me in and out within an hour and a half! Took in an older vehicle and when he generated the estimate everything looked good. A few days later, he shared that the primary replacement piece was not available from his primary suppliers. He did not give up, found a the part and delivered a quality finish. The vehicle was returned bright and shinny and my interior cleaned. “I had a flat and was rolling around on a donut for a couple of days since so many places were charging crazy prices for a new tire. Tried Twins Tire Shop out and they had a used tire in the size I needed. Affordable and fit me in right then to change it! Loved the customer service so much I now have my son’s drive shaft being fixed there too! I will post another review on the bigger service once his is fixed. ?”
“I came in around 5:35 on a Friday evening….
Granted this location closes at 6. I needed inspection and an oil change. They said the system wouldn’t allow them to do anymore inspections past 5:30. So that was lame, they didn’t tell me in the phone they quit doing the inspections 30 mins before close.
Buuut sweethearts still took my car and did the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, in my 30 years. I was out of there in 7 mins TOPS lol little pricey though, it was $89 for my 2021 Camry. Overall 9/10 great shop!”
