“I had just recently purchased my Kia from a family members estate. It hadn't been driven in a while so I told AB (Addiel), all of my concerns. He talked to me about which tests needed to be done, which services would fulfill my concerns and helped me make decisions for my safety. I was contacted by text every step of the way, while it was being serviced. If something extra was suggested, I received a message to accept/decline before services could be rendered. The whole process from dropping off and picking up was done easy and professionally. I will definitely return if I need service again.”

“Had a great experience at 10 Minute Oil Change! Waseem took great care of me and made everything quick and easy. I honestly had no idea they serviced Teslas too! They recently replaced my broken windshield for a really good price and also changed the air filters in my Tesla.

I normally wouldn’t give a review until all the work is complete, but with a tricky job; I’m pleasantly greeted by Vadim every time I visit the shop. First, he listens to what you want and then makes suggestions. Treats my vehicle as his own and the paint and body work has come out great. Still have a few loose ends to work through but I’m sure to receive the same warm greeting and good work.

And to my check out. He answered all my questions and even let me know about ladies night where I could get a $10 discount for oil change. 😌. “Excellent work and did the repair quickly. Called after dealer said over $900 to replace inside door handle of my bmw. Called JC, super responsive and ordered parts, two days later dropped off the car, within hours, he removed the door panel and replaced the door handle. Not an easy job and needed specialized knowledge of bmw. Less than half the dealer and quicker. Thanks JC for your work. Super nice guy too.”
“I took my car to have the current oil replaced with Amsoil and Paul the service advisor asks me if I changed the oil on a regular basis and told me that there was no need for the normal Amsoil flush I saw other advice he gave others I highly recommend you check then out. They are honest people.”

“I would 100% recommend CarStar MVP Richardson to anyone who wants their vehicle looked after. I originally went to Toyota of Richardson body shop and they quoted me double the price and time that it took CarStar MVP to fix my truck. CarStar MVP is professional and provides exceptional service. They did an excellent paint job on my very difficult green truck and when I picked it up they had deep cleaned the inside as well. “This Place is Amazing, I broke down in one of the slimiest parts of Dallas, I called,these guys I met this awesome Tech Named Josh. This man was nothing less than amazing, he reached my location in less than 1 hour, it was pouring raining outside, Josh took a part off of my Semi rig that would have taken at least an hour to get off ,and removed the part in under 20 minutes, long story short if you drive big rigs and break down in Dallas CALL THIS COMPANY!!

“Had a noise coming from my car that I could not figure out, so I brought it to CBA to have them take a look. Unfortunately they couldn’t find what it was but unlike other mechanics, they didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need and were very open when it came to their diagnostic. They had my car for a day and did their work, and did not charge me a penny. Good, honest people and will go again to them.”
