As well as Mike and Ricardo who were the associates also assisting Michael. They were all so patient and helpful when it came to insuring the part I purchased was A+ condition. They had the best attitudes and even suggested a fantastic BBQ spot for lunch because I am not from this area. This is the type of customer service and support that keeps consistent consumers and I hope O’Reillys values their professionalism and hospitality as much as I do. “Went into O'Reilly's in Benbrook, TX for an ac fan belt and Jessie was extremely helpful! They didn't have the correct one and he went the extra mile to try and find one for me. I ended up getting a heavy-duty belt that will hopefully last longer but the help I received was nothing short of AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”
