On an incredibly hot day when I was having trouble getting my car fixed, Andrew went completely out of his way to help me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the trim fixed on my hood.

“So thankful for Joseph at the O'Reilly's on Beach Street, Ft Worth today.
I drove 40 mins for an errand and after arriving my car lights and sounds went out.
After some time, I saw the car battery post sleeve was disconnected. So I stopped in and Joseph immediately greeted me and helped with all three things I needed today.
1. He immediately knew that I needed a battery post shim so that it won't keep disconnecting and installed it for me!!! Yay! No more disconnections! :)
2. I asked about my windshield cracks and provided me a window repair kit. I'll be reading the instructions to repair the cracks from some rocks that hit my windshield recently.
3. He looked up the pricing of the passenger side mirror that needs replaced. I'll be ordering from O'Reilly's for this. The price is reasonable and can have sooner than later.
I would highly recommend Oreilys in general and today Joseph was a huge help to me!!

“3/27/26 Excellent customer service! We needed new batteries on our scissor lift. Chris at the front desk and I feel awful not remembering the younger guys name, but both came out to help get the old batteries out and the new in. We had a bad cable and the younger guy was able to find us one even tho they don’t carry them anymore! Again, excellent service and we will definitely use them again!”
“I swung by this O'Reilly location tonight to grab parts for my truck, and Jacob provided outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and dedicated, took his time to ensure all my questions were answered, and showed great customer care.
When the system showed a part was in stock but it wasn't immediately visible on the shelf, Jacob didn't give up. He stayed diligent, kept hunting for it, and made sure I was able to get everything I needed before leaving. I really appreciate his persistence and professionalism!

“This is a really good place to go to when you need a battery and cannot afford a new one. They have a 30 day war team. I've gotten batteries from them three different times the first the second time the battery got in them died within 30 days and did that three different times every time within that 30 days I went back and they replaced the battery for free”
