Today I came in for a leak repair in my rear window third break light on my 2018 ford fusion that left huge amounts of water in my trunk from leakage.
Before working on it, Mr. Billy made sure I had gotten the correct part before coming in to get the light replaced. We also went through what the process would be to repair the light and pricing. He worked with me to get the repair done at a time that worked with my schedule as well. He also gave me pricing at a FRACTION of what other surrounding shops in the area(s) gave me with a quicker return time for my car.
I also asked Mr. Billy if I could inspect the damage I had on my previous light with him before replacing the new one, and he was willing to show me why the leak occurred as well as told me the reason the damage may happen and what signs to look out for in the future.
In all, this shop is not one to pass up. You will get the best deal and the most honest repair!”
