“Its a small bank on the corner of 2 streets. Theres never anyone in line, I love that this place is always empty. Its not in the greatest neighborhood, which is great that there is always a police officer either inside or outside the door. The police officer is nice, je always waves. The tellers are always friendly, and easy going. They always take care of me in a matter of minutes. I dont think ive ever waited in line longer than 30 seconds and I come in here pretty often for about a year now. The place is very clean, and orderly.”
“I've never had a poor experience with the bank in general, but the high rating of my review specifically reflects my one-on-one experience with the Branch Manager, Stephanie Garcia. During the process of buying a new car, she was the woman behind the scenes, empowering me and ensuring a seamless process. Made sure everything was in place credit wise before I started looking and gave me her direct line so I could have her check the NADA values (different than Kelly Blue Book) for potential cars I was considering. I must have called her with 20 different VINS and she was completely gracious checking each one. I credit her with the fact I was able to show her numbers to the dealership in order to negotiate a deal $3k off the sticker. She helped me with the fiance application and set me up with the check with my down payment. Her service was personalized and attentive, and I could not be more grateful. If you have any big decision purchases/planning: car/home/business/retirement you won't find a better resource and guide.”

“Where do I start? I absolutely love my Crowley, Tx branch. Lets start off with the fresh, welcoming faces of Pricilla & Veronica. Who are always waiting to put a smile on my face and assist me with whatever I need and more. They are patient and you can tell by their voices, they are happy to service me. Then you have Ms. Annette. She has been the best branch manager of any bank I have ever had an account with. She is the sweetest thing. It doesn't hurt that we share the same birthday lol. She is always available, she is always ready to solve any problem of concern I may have and she gets the job done. She always makes sure the branch smiles good & looks good. When I started with this bank, it was my 1st credit union account and I plan on keeping it that way as long as these ladies are there. These 3 ladies make banking here fun and worry free. Thank you ladies and the other team members I dont get to see that often, for your amazing customer service and keeping a smile on my face always.
