I'm done. I've taken two rate increases over the past 12 months (+80%) and now they require a rental insurance policy for an additional $13. The facility manager is fantastic and sympathetic, but the new owner is losing this 4-year customer. Someone else wants my business!

They bought out a new location then decided to change out the gate access box a few days ago without notifying any tenant.Now we can not get in the gate and nobody has answered the phone or emails in 3 days.They never answer the phone and I do mean Never..Smh
