“Lady at the front desk was so helpful. Needed a cargo van, they did not have one available but she was sure to take my number and called me as soon as one was returned. I was not able to drop the van off early and was not charged additional fee for late drop-off. I know they close on Wednesday and could not have checked me in when I dropped the truck, but I am sure they would have being within their rights if they decided to charge me the extra. Will be using them for all my u-haul needs in the future.”

“Been storing my camper there for over a year. Always friendly on the phone when I do have to call. Only issue I ever had was gate code stopped working and they got it fixed over the phone while I was still on site. Always clean air and water always work at d*** station. Will keep using them as long as I need a spot for my camper.”

“The CHEAPEST storage facility in the area, while still offering standard security measures (fully-fenced property, padlocked front access gate, floodlights). The non-standard security features include the regular/daily property checks performed by the owner or his associates; activity on the property is also closely monitored by the owner/workers of the factory next door (speaking from personal experience). The only complaint I have is the amount of moisture during the humid/wet times of the year (which, in Texas, isn't often)...some of my items began to mold/mildew. =(”
“Lelan is a very kind man. I was dead set on the size I wanted and over the phone he asked what I was storing. He talked me into a larger unit. I'm not very good at saying no. Oh, boy was I happy he did! After fitting the last box in we had to push a mattress to get the door to close. I was so happy he recommend a larger unit! He knows his stuff!”
“Ma and Pa run establishment. Clean and secure. The hours might cut a little short but it's well worth knowing your items are secure and well looked after. For several years now I have left cash in the drop box with never a reluctant though of having done so. That's something you hardly encounter in this day and age any longer. Id definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to store things.”
