Impossible to get ahold of and they hike rates by $20-$30 after only a few months of renting.

Why does it say you have an “after hours emergency” when you really don’t? See photo. Called several times and no answer or help available to get into our storage after hours. Very frustrating!!

I'm done. I've taken two rate increases over the past 12 months (+80%) and now they require a rental insurance policy for an additional $13. The facility manager is fantastic and sympathetic, but the new owner is losing this 4-year customer. Someone else wants my business!

They bought out a new location then decided to change out the gate access box a few days ago without notifying any tenant.Now we can not get in the gate and nobody has answered the phone or emails in 3 days.They never answer the phone and I do mean Never..Smh
