“I went in for a watch battery replacement and it only took about 3 minutes! I chatted with who I assume is one of the owners, she was telling me the story of their business and how it has been family owned and operated for 80 years. While chatting she noticed that I was wearing a ring (not purchased here) and offered to clean it for me for free! The battery replacement price was very fair and super fast. It was a lovely and wonderful experience, turned something very mundane into an excellent interaction.”

“Bathing suit shopping has always been extremely stressful for me. The three ladies working today were so helpful and kind. I'd say they went above and beyind but something tells me that it's just their nature. I haven't felt that strong of a "women supporting women" environment in a long time, to the point they gave me compliments when I was feeling really self conscious. 10/10 would recommend for service and bathing suit quality”

“I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. These guys use Kitco spot prices to price their bullion, which is the standard any reputable bullion dealer would use. They will quote you prices every day based on the spot price. You will be buying at spot+premium and depending on the bullion, you'll sell it to them slightly below spot price. There are no $22 half dollars I've ever seen there (unless they are graded and in a sealed plastic container). I walk in and ask what their prices are above spot price and immediately know what I'll be getting. If you're trying to flip these coins for a quick profit, you're always going to be disappointed. Buy them and hang onto them, don't try to predict the volatile market. You're not going to a place like this to get some crazy deal either. You're going to get a fair price, and Cowtown has always given me a fair price.”

“This jeweler is a little "gem" located within the Benbrook Antique Mall. He was able to fix my ten year old Seiko Eco-Drive watch for a reasonable price and explained to me that while Eco-Drive watches technically do not have batteries, they DO have capicators that last an average of ten years and have to be replaced...like a battery, but way more expensive. (Seiko, you are misleading consumers, but that is a completely separate issue. Lol!) This jeweler also sells new and retro jewelry, which he keeps sparkling CLEAN! It was fun to browse while dropping off my watch, and being able to look around at the AMAZING antique store was just a bonus!”
