“I arrived at 9 am and was helped right away. The staff was friendly and professional. The nurse was able to quickly find my vein and draw blood. Total visit lasted about 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs lab work done.”

“Karen did the blood draw with my 13 yr old son, Beau. At first she did not see his name with Dr orders. We figured out his DOB was incorrect and she fixed it. Karen was patient, extremely calm, and very gentle. Beau said “the needle did not even hurt”! She was funny, friendly and did an amazing job!”

“Quest
Burleson location I was in for test request by my doctor and my phlebotomist was great! My appointment was right on schedule and I was in and out in a timely manner ! Thank you”

“I read the recent reviews for both the Burleson and the John Ryan Drive location in Ft. Worth. I chose the Ft. Worth location because of the poor reviews of the Burleson location.
I’ll give the John Ryan Drive location a good review.
The lady at the reception desk was pleasant and professional. She processed my paperwork quickly and accurately.
My phlebotomist, Jessica (I think), was also professional and kind. I told her I am unable to use my left arm for blood draws. Although I had a recent blood draw and an injection of contrast in my right arm, she was able to quickly and painlessly find a good vein for my blood test today.
The office appeared to be clean and organized.
When you enter you must check in on an electronic kiosk. It was not difficult. You must present your driver’s license and insurance card. Then the receptionist will call you to the desk for processing your visit.
FYI, the LabCorp office is inside the Cooks Children’s Office building.
Thank you to the two medical professionals today for a good visit.”

“Positive experience. Walked in yesterday with no appointment and was checked in and in a back room within 5 minutes. The two ladies who spoke with me were professional and efficient. I had a friendly conversation with one of them. The needle prick was unnoticeable. Confusion over my ordering doctor was quickly resolved. Lab results were in my inbox in less than 24 hours. I do think opening the venetian blinds in the waiting room would make it feel much more inviting and friendly. I also wish the automated telephone answering system would have allowed me to reach a person so I could have asked a question unique to my situation rather than having to drive 40 minutes to ask it in person. I'm grateful to the staff for taking good care of me.”
