“Thos is Ace Hardware with a post office in the back. We always find what we need. If we can't, there is always someone to give us help. This trip we meeded a special screw driver. One of the sales guys knew exactly what meeded from the picture of the screw. He gave us the size options and told us they had screw drivers and drill tips that would work. We picked two, took them home, and one of them worked! Our chair is all fixed up. This place has everything though: cards, grills, shoes, garden stuff, bird food, specialty soaps, kitchen towels and socks. It is really a jewel!”
“Came in today to mail a package to my son in New York and Dominique was absolutely amazing had a smile on her face and actually seemed to like helping me, previously I’ve came in and the other clerk was rude for no reason so it’s great to see a new inviting face, the post office needs more people like her!”

Good thing that clerk was Lorena, she was incredible...and deserves a raise! Super efficient with a great attitude and smile, something you don't find often these days. “By far, they are the most friendliest ladies that I've had. The pleasure of dealing with i'm fifty years old.I've been through a lot of post office in the metroplex. I am a Hispanic, these 2 ladies were by black. Younger. I like to joke around and these ladies. It took it very well, the first thing I said was what you're eating without me. And she said, yeah, I'll turn the sandwich around and you can have your own bite. How friendly was that with a smile?. And they even asked me to come back whenever I like. They were very nice and polite. I usually don't get that at the Post Office. It was great to see.”
“I saw a lot of negative reviews and almost did not come. When I walked in, one associate was laughing with a customer and even thanked the customer for the laugh. I dropped off a package and had a question about the self serve kiosk. My question was answered politely.Maybe people just don't leave a review for positive experiences.”

“I run a business from home so I go to the post office pretty much daily. & I Can say that this is the only post office that is always very welcoming no matter how many packages I bring they are always so kind wil even hold the door for me. I use to be nervous and had anxiety about going to the burleson post office because they would be very rude and upset when I would show up with a large quantity of packages but Joshua man you guys rock! My anxiety attacks have finally gone away and I can run my business comfortably thanks to you guys. 10 ⭐️ highly recommend this location”
“The service is very good, but they do not have staff, only one person working at the counter and there were more than 20 people... It is not the first time it is always full and there are not enough employees for the number of customers! They should do that better”
