I reached out to Jesse and he was sure I had the exact replacement sticker! He made a special order and was so great to deal with. The stickers are quality and they got to us very fast. “The manager here is amazing. He goes above and beyond. I had package packed by a family member and they forgot an important label. The manager held my box for me so I was able to go get it and helped me get it attached. He was super patient and understanding and wasn't upset at all unlike going to UPS. I love this store specially and the current staff.”
“I just went into this location on Hulen and nd a wonderful lady named Tonya (hopefully correct spelling) and she was so awesome to help me considering my last experience at a location on Camp Bowie was horrific. She explained all she needed to do was scan my package and give me a receipt. It was Medical Lab Work going to Illinois. And at the last location the young man was so rude and guided me to some machine in another part of the store. I ended up paying for something cause it wanted my card even though I wasn't supposed to pay anything. The employee was so unhelpful and rude. This lady here Tonya has made my day and I will only be coming to this location. She was so helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you Tonya ?”
