“I am in 5-6 days a week shipping packages for my job and have never once had a missing package or issues with tracking, but more importantly to me, every day there is a smiling face behind the counter. It has become a favorite part of my day stopping in to drop my documents and chat for a minute with the friendliest staff imaginable. My 6 yr old also begs to come with me “to the smelly good place” because he loves saying hi and telling them about his day and checking out any new candles and little unique gifts and cards they sell there. I very much enjoy the small town shop feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle of my day.”

Those two are a dynamic duo! I love seeing what creative ideas they bring to our team for any new project we approach them about.One of my favorite projects I've worked with the Rainbow team on was for a local advertising campaign. We were looking for something to give away that was unique and useful for the consumer but also cost effective. Topper and Olivia presented us with many different concepts, reviewed color and design options, and helped make sure that we stayed on budget and that the items would be delivered by our deadline. They kept me informed every step of the process and ensured our items were printed with pristine quality! “I loved visiting this place! It was fascinating to learn exactly how money is made.
A few things to know before you go:
- Cost: The tour and parking are both free.
- Security: You will go through a security check, and you are required to leave your cellphone (and other electronics) in a locker before entering.
- Timing: I’d estimate about 2 hours for the full experience. To get the most out of it, I definitely recommend going in the order of watching the movie, taking the process tour, and checking out the exhibitions.
Make sure you arrive at least 2 hours before closing so you aren't rushed through the exhibits!”

“If possible, I would truly rate Print World a 3.5/5. I worked with them in 2023 for my wedding save the dates and invitations.
I met with Amy several times and she was direct and knowledgeable. I ran into issues with their designer and had to trade emails A LOT more than necessary. I work with creatives in my day-to-day job and will admit that I'm particular, but there were many times that the designer was sloppy and overlooked obvious spacing/spelling errors and made undesirable creative choices that I had to nitpick and point out time and time again.
When my invitations were prepared, I also experienced smudged invites and printing issues (some of my pieces had text on both sides when it was just supposed to be one-sided) which created unnecessary stress.
I chose Print World because they're affordable but many times regretted it due to the amount of time I had to spend re-directing the designer. I met with another vendor about a different printed item for my wedding and the designer was very detail oriented and efficient - which wasn't my experience with the designer at Print World.
It became apparent to me that I should've worked with a vendor who specialized in the wedding industry to receive the level of quality and care that I required, even though it would've been more pricey.
However, I do appreciate the kindness of Kelli at the front and Amy for guiding me throughout the process. I will definitely utilize them for quick/simple printing needs in the future, but will leave the more complex items to other local vendors.”

“We’ve used Barron for a few out of the box projects…one was a couple not good 50 yr old photos they repaired color corrected then printed on canvas (look excellent)Second is an old property survey they photographed edited then printed on metallic paper covered in acrylic, again the finished piece is excellent. “Let me tell a story of the best customer service I've ever received: My boss went to a conference in Fort Worth. When he got there, he realized the little pole that holds up our company banner was missing from his bag. With the conference only 14hrs away, it was too late to ship something, so I started cold calling banner and sign places in the DFW area. After leaving a message with half a dozen places, Brandy called me back from Image 360 and Cockrell. She said they might have something and would immediately get back. They did have something and she did call back. Then she proceeded to tell me her cell number, car make and model, and that she'd hand deliver the pole to the hotel my boss was staying at as soon as she got off work in 30 minutes! Sure enough, she showed up and didn't even charge for the delivery. I've never had such a spectacular above and beyond service experience. Horst Schulze would be proud.”
