“The visit itself was just to pick up my poster, but it went great. The team member that helped me with checking the quality of my poster and checking out was awesome- not overbearing and considering how frazzled I was about my whole experience, she was extremely kind and understanding. The poster was as good as it could be considering the last minute circumstances, so I can't complain. I especially want to highlight the team member that helped me over the phone. I don't remember her name, but she was so thorough and understanding and proactive, I truly wouldn't have handled this last minute printing h*ll without her help. I can't recommend this office enough. Thanks for what y'all did for me!”

“Justin was super nice and helpful. Give that man a raise.Amazon delivered the wrong mattress. I didn't find out until it was out of the box. I needed to ship it back to Amazon but UPS has size restrictions. Thought I was totally screwed but Justin worked with me and helped me get the mattress below size restrictions for a very reasonable amount of money. He would have been totally justified to tell me to bug off and figure it out on my own, but he totally didn't.Anyone else reading this: DON'T TAKE A WHOLE MATTRESS TO UPS LIKE ME.
