I went to Wells Fargo at 12:55pm on today and went in to cash a check and there were no tellers available. A guy who works at the bank came up and said there were no tellers available until 1:30. No tellers available? After all the negative things I’ve heard about them. I will not be banking with them . I really would not suggest anyone bank with WF. They have too many issues. Especially the location on 1187 in Crowley.

I made an official complaint about a month ago about the service I received at this location(complaint # 06202307131832739). The manager submitted the complaint with wholly inaccurate information. She told me I would receive a call about this complaint. To this date I have not. I did receive however a spam email telling me that the banker was right and I was wrong. They did not address the lack of respect that I received at this branch on multiple occasions(which was my chief complaint). I am accepting if I am wrong but back it up with facts and ensure that everyone is following this policy every time. This same banker did not follow proper procedure a month prior ? I go out of my way to visit the location on John Jones in Burleson because I am treated with respect each and every time I visit.

Worst Wells Fargo branch in America. Employees are rude and useless - can’t even do simple tasks. I will drive an hour out of the way to go to a different branch before I go to this one. They need to hire someone with some sense to run that circus.

My wife made a $4902 payment on a business LOC account to bring account balance to zero. The teller applied the balance to a credit card that had a zero balance. That CC now has a negative balance of -4902 this happened on 4/1. It is now 4/8. Dianna Herrera the branch manager has been entirely ineffective in resolving this issue to date.Leading me to believe she is at least as incompetent as the teller that she is responsible for.I would not trust Wells Fargo Crowley branch with a football bat much less my money.

We recently moved here. I really loved how comfortable I felt at our old branch. I was apprehensive having to go to this branch. Although I’ve only been able to use the drive thru, the ladies made me feel comfortable. They were fast, courteous and friendly. VERY nice experience.

With the Covid-19 situation gripping the nation so many rules have changed. I wanted to open a business account and my preferred credit union is conducting business strictly through the drive thru only at this point. I was disappointed but had zero interest in waiting around for them. I started researching brand name banks and Wells Fargo has the account structure that best fits my needs. Sensibly they have it set up so that customers can schedule an appointment to actually go inside the branch so I did. Jessica, the banker who opened my account was very personable and professional. I didn't expect to be dealing with a large bank but I am not patient. I'm glad they are taking care of their customers of which I'm now one.
