Long wait even when there wasn't many people there. Have a business account there. Came to deposit large checks but left bc wait was so long. Went to Bank of America where I have another business account and deposited there instead

A terrible joke. Came for a 9:30 appointment and the banker was too incompetent to finish what I needed done. And I was told they had another appointment and I would have to reschedule. So I guess my appointment didn't mean as much as this other random customer.
