“I went on a "ride about" which is not normally more than up to Greenville Tx from Dallas, but I had a little extra ride in me so I went right on hwy 69 to Lone Oak. The little station was an answer to prayer, as my bike was almost out of gas, and the temperature had popped up to 99. At age 70 on a motorcycle, the heat can really be a killer.The gas was high, but right in line with other gas stations these days This must be Lone Oaks meeting place, as I saw teens, older farmers, a trucker, and even the police at this "truck stop" station. The fried chicken smelled divine, and the a/c gave me a respite from the heat. But more than that, the two attendant ladies went out of their way to help me get ice broken into pieces that would fit into my riding water bottle. It was super kind, since our efforts broke though the first attempts via paper cups, and plastic bags, and left the floor of the dinette area wet with melting ice. Fun was had by all. Sending thanks to the ladies for the kindness. Hey, this is a little gas station that cared. Real personal service!”

“I go for the Sue biscuits ...sue is the name of the clerk that makes the breakfast sandwiches in the morning 3 -4 times a week. GOOD local spot to grab coffee,gas liquor store next door,even fishing bait.”

“I was fortunate to stop by this CVS on April 14th, 2022. I had a casual conversation with Ms. Debby, one of the associates there. We shared a very enjoyable and meaningful few minutes and it all started with me wanting to "BORROW" their restroom ?. Having caught myself immediately after I asked the question, I corrected myself and stated I needed to "USE" the restroom. We both laughed and she showed me where to go. I must say I've never seen a public bathroom so CLEAN ??. So clean that I wouldn't mind if I had to sit on the floor. On my way out I commented to Ms. Debby of the cleanliness of the bathroom and thanked her for her excellent attitude and wonderful conversation. This world needs more people like her. I was 1 hour away from home and will most probably never end up going to that CVS again, due to the very slim chances of me being in that town again. But the ONE experience I had on that day impacted me to a point of feeling obliged to leaving this review. I know I'm late to post this review, but I absolutely felt compelled to share my experience. Keep being awesome Debby, and the entire crew. Thank you Shelby (manager) also, for helping me as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS FROM ME!!”

“I like this gas station. I am usually able to get in and out quickly. I usually walk here from my apartment for lottery tickets. I know the evening staff well. The store and bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly as well.”
