“My overall experience was pretty good. I reserved my storage unit online to receive the promotion that they were running, which is basically half off on the unit. I also called in to make changes to my current unit to make sure my furniture and other items would fit. The customer service was pretty stellar. I have nothing but good things to say to them. I will let you all know more once I go to my actual storage unit and see how things work getting in and out of it but for what it is, it’s very affordable storage solution.
Update: Checked into the unit and discovered it was a little smaller than I anticipated, but I was able to get a larger unit for about $10 extra. I have to say these are by far nicest most cleanest storage units I ever rented hands down. 10 out of 10”
“Anthony, the customer service rep is always super helpful, courteous, and goes outta his way to make the client feel taken care of. He recalled conversations and what I did for a living even after having not been there for about a year. I have rented from both the car side and the truck dept. While the folks at the car rental locations in Conroe, TX are great, the truck side has always gone out of their way to assist me and get me into the right sized truck for my needs. I was delighted to hear that the previous manager was promoted. It is much deserved, she was a great service manager for the truck rentals!
The trucks are always well maintained and in good condition. From a 28 footer to a small cargo van... I've driven them all and never had any problems! Enterprise is my go to company for rentals of any kind!”
“Im Make Very easy for reservation in home depot place. But I call one employe direct from the PENSKE company ONE Men bad guy never help me AND this guy He made fun of me, when I told him I wanted to make a reservation in 2 days, he is not a good person.”
“Awesome experience with these folks. Needed a truck to move at the last minute and they were more than accommodating. Excellent customer service and zero hassle. Thank you to everyone here. We will definitely be back.”
“We used this place originally just because they were the only ones open at 9a (every where around opened at 10a) and we are glad we did as we had a really good experience -- the owner was very helpful and it went so well that we went back 2 days later when we needed to rent a small truck again for another round of moving stuff out.”
“Everyone at the location where I picked up my equipment was friendly and very knowledgeable. They made my rental experience smooth and easy to pick up and drop off. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends. U-Haul you did great my friend.”

“Overall positive experience guy from the back came and helped we were there early 30 min before the office was open first time doing everything online and getting the key out of the box can't remember his name but he was very helpful”
“I've rented trucks and trailers from this location multiple times. Each experience has been a great! Most employees are very nice and helpful. The only person who was not helpful was the older guy with the long white beard, he definitely had an attitude problem.
Overall great value if you are needing to rent a small trailer or van/truck to move things around.”
“Your good place the girl who installed my hook up and brake for trailer very good— appointments were not right I was over a hour behind the appointment time but good work”

“The U-haul in Navasota misunderstood my drop-off location, placed in Houston. This man at this location helped us drop it off here closer to home. Very friendly and helpful.”
