“Anthony, the customer service rep is always super helpful, courteous, and goes outta his way to make the client feel taken care of. He recalled conversations and what I did for a living even after having not been there for about a year. I have rented from both the car side and the truck dept. While the folks at the car rental locations in Conroe, TX are great, the truck side has always gone out of their way to assist me and get me into the right sized truck for my needs. I was delighted to hear that the previous manager was promoted. It is much deserved, she was a great service manager for the truck rentals!
The trucks are always well maintained and in good condition. From a 28 footer to a small cargo van... I've driven them all and never had any problems! Enterprise is my go to company for rentals of any kind!”

“The agent who brought the vehicle out to the shop where my car was being serviced thoroughly explained everything. We went over the agreement and the car together. The vehicle had a couple of minor flaws; nothing serious. Everything was noted. I received the rental agreement in my email shortly after I initialed and signed everything. This was a much better experience than the Enterprise Humble location. Please read my review regarding my experience there in March - May. I love Fred Haas... that is where I purchased the vehicle that was being serviced. Thank you!”

“The location was easy to find on Google maps and the rep wasn't in the office but was still on property and came over to greet me when I arrived. She was absolutely excellent, walked me through the entire check-in process, retrieved the truck for me, and helped guide me out of the property. I don't think I have ever had such a wonderful experience renting a Uhual truck ever, and I have rented several. That woman is a treasure.”

“Our crew at work takes lunch here when we are working in Spring. The U-Haul rental is actually located in the gas station. Not the big new building they just built next to it. Family owned and ran business. Very nice people. The kitchen inside also has pretty good food. I recommend the quesadillas.”

“Sheree, the Assistant Manager helped me with the in person reservation and the return of the auto transport that I rented. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to interact with, and is the perfect example of what customer service should be!! She was very, very nice and is very knowledgeable. I prefer to rent from this facility vs. any other. Also, the Manager, Graham approached me as I was leaving and wanted to make sure I was happy/satisfied about my rental. He is also one of the most customer service oriented people I've ever dealt with. The two different men who hooked up/unhooked the trailer from my vehicle were also very pleasant. The Manager/Assistant Manager at this facility are absolute GOLD!!!”

“My overall experience was pretty good. I reserved my storage unit online to receive the promotion that they were running, which is basically half off on the unit. I also called in to make changes to my current unit to make sure my furniture and other items would fit. The customer service was pretty stellar. I have nothing but good things to say to them. I will let you all know more once I go to my actual storage unit and see how things work getting in and out of it but for what it is, it’s very affordable storage solution.
Update: Checked into the unit and discovered it was a little smaller than I anticipated, but I was able to get a larger unit for about $10 extra. I have to say these are by far nicest most cleanest storage units I ever rented hands down. 10 out of 10”
