“After all the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and professionalism I received. I was the 5th person in line when the door opened on a Saturday morning. Three people had appointments, one went to an open teller and I was greeted by Veronica at another. She was pleasant, proficient and was conscious about the privacy of my transaction. My questions were answered politely with good explanations. It was probably one of the best banking experiences I've had in my 20+ years as a BOA customer. I have had some much less enjoyable interactions over the years, but this was was probably the best.”

While everyone that greets you will be very helpful they also do so with a strong encouragement to use the app and online tools available to you. I am okay with that, and it is why I was here (i locked myself out of the app and didn't have my acct number anywhere). Eli helped me and was very professional and friendly and efficient. I have been sitting here long enough to see a few other clients be serviced and they received the same high level of service I did. “After an absolutely horrendous experience at another branch, I drove across town to this branch (my siblings and I live all around Houston and had to open an account together). Our experience here could not have been more different. Mark was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very knowledgable and competent at setting up the account, but he also was able to advise us and explain little details that we might need to know in the future. This kind of stellar customer support is why we initially became Wells Fargo customers. Now they just need to clone him and send one down to the south side!”

“Went to this location yesterday for a specific type of turkey breast that iv purchased in the past, I couldn't find it, went to the meat counter and asked if they had any in the back, very nice lady( I forgot to get her name) said they're out of stock, but will check, she came back and said they were waiting on more to arrive but no sure when.I went to the display cases working on plan B when she came out, tapped me on the shoulder, and said they found a case of them!
