    “When a person enters the restaurant they go to the kitchen area and order directly with the cooks making the meal directly behind the counter so you can see everything in action. The dining area is around the corner, and a market with largely Mexican products. Being able to speak Spanish is very helpful this location although English is spoken. The tacos are especially good and you can have many different kinds of meats in the taco. ( See scan ). Prices are also very reasonable so you can get an authentic meal at a good price.”

This store is still my favorite as far how its stocked and clean. Please train young people with better customer service skills. I just learned to avoid certain cashiers. However, I came across two employees and neither knew English. I ultimately had to call a friend to translate for us. I understand to an extent but at the same time, I feel like there should be someone on site who could assist with communication barriers. Interactive and touch screen options, along with the tap to pay, are brilliant, and it made it much more informative than the vapid round of current media you get elsewhere (although that is still an option if you want). Clean and not busy at 8am on a Wednesday. Loved it!”

    “Very competitive gas prices although this location looks like they only have unleaded no diesel variety of options to pay with card. There is a cashier in the small building next to the pumps in the middle between all the pumps I guess but I don’t know their hours of operation. There is a touch screen to be able to. Level of gas kinda like base mid and premium and then right below that is a tap to pay option so it’s not on the keypad. They do have a car wash here although I haven’t used it.”

    “I started coming to this store because it is very rare when they are out of a product. They seem to keep their shelves STOCKED way better than the big store on 529 that constantly has empty shelves like it's a Third-world country. The deli counter is always cooking meals that smell great, too. The other thing I notice is that this store is really clean every time I visit. Kudos to management for doing such a fine job. Too bad 1040 can't have management that cares as much as these guys obviously do!”

He said he wasn't academy sure if they did or not, but let me know that since he wasn't sure, the fish was more than likely NOT sushi grade! This was extremely helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision to not purchase any fish for sushi. Anyways I walked in and was not greeted but who cares anyways I was shy anyways. So I walked to the produce and wowwww all the produce was fresh and by color and was beautiful wish I was coming for peppers. So I walked around found the spices and found out they are huge and I found the onion and garlic powder they're huge I got excited. Walked to the meat to see if they had lamb chops because my husband said they didn't and no other place I can find them guess what a whole section of them. I bought some to freeze. I will be back”

    Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
