“The manager (black male, light blue Walmart polo, and locs), the young lady running self check out, and the other working a register (about 18-21yrs) DESERVE A RAISE and sooo much praise. Long story short, I went in (around 2:45, 3pm) and I was being followed by an older man the entire time I was shopping, to the point I had to call my brother and keep him on the phone just in case. I told the young lady running self checkout and she immediately helped me, mentioning it to the other young lady running a register and telling her manager. She let me speak to the manager, he was very kind and escorted me out. He was very alert the entire time and even had us wait by his car until the creep left because the man followed us out and (I didn’t realized until he pointed it out) was parked two cars down from mine. After the man left, he walked me to my car and helped load my groceries.I’ve had a similar experience in the past at a Ross and they basically told me they couldn’t help, so I had to wait in the store next door until I felt it was safe to go to my car. This IS true customer service. Thank you to all three employees for everything!!”

“9.30.23 $3.10 for gas today.Stopped here for gas. I don't shop at Kroger often. They are a little high priced for the items I buy. I will say they do have a cake that my hubby and I just LOVE! I buy it for our birthdays and our anniversary. We call it our anniversary cake, because that was the first time we had it. I always forget to take a photo of it because I'm so excited to eat it! Lolol. Next time I will try to hold off until after the photo is taken. Also, there flowers are always very beautiful.”

Nice young man... helped me on the isle and to my car with the heavy stuff ... he tied and loaded my groceries, so they wouldn't slid out when I opened my truck door.... Was friendly and smiling the whole time! Love this customer service! Kroger Towne Lakes is always clean and well stocked... staff always smiling and willing to help... I like you can pick up household items too!”

“I don't often leave reviews but I my experience here this morning compelled me to. I am originally fromHouston but have lived in NYC for the past 13 years. In NYC it is impossible to find Kolaches, and 99% of New Yorkers don't even know what they are. I had an 8:30am flight this morning and set my alarm for 6am to get to H-E-B when they opened to buy some frozen Kolaches (along with some other Houston goodies )to take back to NYC with me. When o went to check out I realized I left my purse at home, and that the store has no registers with Apple/tap pay. I didn't have time to go home to get my wallet (would have missed my flight), and I didn't want to leave empty handed after all of the effort I had put into getting there. I asked for the manager , Mike Strutz, to double check if any register had Apple Pay. Unfortunately there were none. Mike went above and beyond, and let me Venmo him and paid for my groceries on his own credit card. Great customer service and he definitely went above and beyond! I am headed home with my Kolaches and couldn't be happier!!!”

“Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. When I saw they had less than stellar reviews, I had to come on here and give them a 5 star rating. I would say in the hundreds of times I have interacted with their staff, maybe once or twice the experience was not great. Most of the time, they are beyond helpful, kind, and willing to do whatever it takes. Several of them know me by name and even one of the guys who usually handles curbside is just the kindest person ever. I love that I get text alerts and MOST of the time, the prescriptions are filled quickly and there is not an issue. Nowhere is perfect. I think it also says a lot that many of the staff have worked there a long time. I am sure several of the pharmacists and technicians have been there 5, 10, or more years. Keep up the great job!”

“Went to this location yesterday for a specific type of turkey breast that iv purchased in the past, I couldn't find it, went to the meat counter and asked if they had any in the back, very nice lady( I forgot to get her name) said they're out of stock, but will check, she came back and said they were waiting on more to arrive but no sure when.I went to the display cases working on plan B when she came out, tapped me on the shoulder, and said they found a case of them!
