The Courtyard by Marriott Houston Northwest/Cypress offers a wonderful stay for guests. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, with Bridget and Omar going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms are described as absolutely wonderful, although the air conditioning can be a bit loud. The location is convenient, with many food options nearby and a large grocery store across the street. While the hotel can be a little tricky to find, the overall experience is great, with clean facilities and a helpful chief engineer named Brian. Guests have consistently praised the Courtyard by Marriott Houston Northwest/Cypress for its excellent service and amenities.
Jarez was absolutely amazing!! He helped us host a huge lobby watch party for our baseball team. He went above and beyond to make our experience incredible!

Nice hotel for going in and out. They do have a breakfast menu and a bar. Fairly sufficient. The location is not bad but getting to the hotel is not a straight road. You have to pass through other establishments to reach it in the back. Otherwise, decent hotel. Good customer service.
