The staff was very friendly. Rooms were absolutely wonderful... A little cold when you first walk in. Perfect location to all of the places we needed to visit.

Bridget was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. It’s nice to know people take customer service seriously. Bridget is one of those. Great place and great rooms great price and quick service

Aaron was great at the bar! And Bridget at the front desk has been helpful. The AC in the room is loud and the atV started working my second night. Also had issues connecting to the internet since I have a hyphonated last name.

Location is hard to get to because it is behind a strip mall. Other than that a great hotel. Staff was excellent. Many food options near the property. Across the street a large grocery store if needed snacks and drinks for the room stay.

I have stayed here twice for business. Both times have been great. Clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the laundry/fitness door and the cheif engineer Brian came to fix it very quickly at 6:00am. He gets a 10/10!

Jeanette and the staff are truly honest and hard working. We were having a stressful week. We were on the go with luggage and iPad etc; in tow lost iPad charger somewhere from front lobby to car and to our room. Someone on duty turned it in. I mentioned it when checking out and was told nothing was turned in. :( Jeanette followed up within 2 hours and communicated that the charger was found.No one else would have followed through with there word, now a days it’s hard to find that. Shout out to Jeanette for being a life saver and following through =)

After a disappointing experience at a Residence Inn in downtown, this stay was a refreshing turnaround. The lobby was inviting, featuring cozy booths perfect for independent work. The hallways were spotless and free of any unpleasant odors. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—exactly what I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
