Love love F45. My only request is to tone down the super hyper non stop talking "pumping up" from the trainer on the headset. This isn't jazzercise. Other than that...love this place I would and do recommend it to everyone!

I've been enjoying my experiences at F45 Bridgeland so far! The trainers/coaches are all really friendly and helpful. I am new to F45 and love that the workouts are always challenging and different.
