Unclear to me why this Hertz has low stars. I've been treated very well, and in and out quickly. Jonathan and Tae (think that's how you spell it) and has treated us well every time. I won't be going back to a certain other location! Keep it up!

Extremely slow service. Took an hour to get a car. Never has any upgrade available. I can guarantee that will not make any effort to improve. They will just acknowledge the message.
