If I could give a zero I would. I use the Budget at Barker Cypress Road in Cypress, Texas a few times a year and have never had an issue. I will never use Budget again. I have been a long time member. I returned the car on time at the location and they had one employee working on a Saturday. There were 5 or 6 people waiting to pick up cars so I asked if I could leave the keys since he was busy and they closed in an hour. He said yes so I gave him the keys. Budget then charged me an extra day rental since he didn't check it in until after they closed. I called the customer service and explained and they said the card would be refunded the 49.77. It never was so I filed the dispute with my credit card company and sent proof. Needless to say they never refunded. Hopefully they enjoy the 50.00 and loss of a customer.”

“Booked a car at this location after being told at the Hertz location close by that they didn't have any cars available even though I had booked one.
The person behind the counter gave me an upgrade reluctantly even though I had used an upgrade coupon when booking and I have presidents club status (one of the benefits is s two car upgrade).
The car I got was clean. The process of picking up and returning the car was fast and efficient.”
