She did refer me to the corporate store nearby for the exchange of the phone case since it was bought online. Long story short…the customer service at the corporate store was absolutely terrible. I returned to this location and Golden helped me with the exchange. It took for him to make a call, but Golden was very patient and provided great customer service.”
