“I had my HP laptop keyboard replaced here about 1–2 months ago, but it started having issues again. I called them and explained the situation, and they were very professional and helpful. They told me they would order the part, check my computer, and replace it at no extra cost since it shouldn’t have been failing so soon.
I brought my laptop in, and they fixed it the same day without charging me anything. I really appreciate their honesty, warranty, and how quickly they handled everything. Great customer service and very kind staff. Highly recommend!”
“I came to the AT&T store at 1505 S Mason Rd, Katy , Tx with two problems: (1) out of storage space and Adrian showed me how to resolve it, and (2) voice recognition had stopped and it began working when I left the store. When it is time to upgrade, I will do it with Adrian.”
“I've been using this Cricket location on N. Fry Road right before Saums, for 16 years at least. And I don't even live in Katy anymore. I wait until I have to go over there to see family and then take care of business with my phone, just so I can use that store location. The reason being, the same guy has been there all these years (I think he's the owner) and the customer service is the best at this store than any other location in Houston I've been to. They actually help you! And try to solve your problems. The other stores I've been to, a lot of the employees are too busy with each other and not really paying attention to what they're doing when they are assisting you, or you can tell they act like they don't know bc they don't want to be bothered. It hasn't always been like that. It's just been in more recent years.”

“Are we here yesterday to switch my cell phone service, and was met with the best service from a Cricket store that I have ever received. The whole experience literally took less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in, to full explanations of different phones, and paying for my transaction. Muhammad was extremely helpful and kinds through the whole process, and made it feel like no work to switch over my service.”

“I just wanted to leave a review for an amazing Sales Representative by the name of Saniyah. First let me explain that I came in the store at 11 and left around 2pm. My phone screen had cracked so bad I hardly had access to do anything which realy delayed the transfer process. Saniyah was so extremely patient, we clicked right away, she was very informative about the Boost plans and phones, she walked me through the entire process. I left with the phone I really wanted and I truly Thank God for Saniyah . She was a true blessing to me . I highly recommend if you stop at this location to request her.
