“My car died on me and took it to Dane's and found out the alternator was the issue and they fixed it. When I picked it up, there was a problem with the service belt and they took accountability for it and fixed it the next day with no extra charge. Good service and owner, can't complain about that, my car is running good again. Thanks Dane and if I ever have any issues with my car I'll be calling ya'll again.”

“I had to take the time to write a review about the great service I received from KJ. Long story short, I had a issue after receiving my oil change with my sensor and KJ took the time to find out the trouble, told me what I needed to do and to come back so he can install the new sensor which turned out to be defective so I had to order another one and KJ was right there to install it and make sure everything was good before I left their location. This is what I call Great Customer Service!! Please give my boy his flowers for the service he provide to others. He is the reason why I wouldn’t go anywhere else. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ????”

“Update:
I received a call from their District Manager who was sympathetic towards the service and experience I had. As a courtesy and to make it right, she offered a free oil change which I thought was a very nice gesture. I came back to do the oil change and was done in less than 25 mins. They were quick and courteous. This experience prompted me to change my original review from 1 star to 5 stars. I always appreciate a manager that picks up the slack of some employees and provides exceptional service.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience like the rest. I came for a state inspection. I have never been to a state inspection place where they would not tell me in advance that it will fail. Normally in other places they would plug in an OBD Scanner tool and tell me that if the car would fail an inspection. It literally takes less than a minute to do that. Not in this case. They did the full inspection, charged the money and then let me know after I paid that it failed the inspection since the monitors were not ready in the car. I had some repairs done and the mechanic reset the monitors. I didn’t know I had to drive certain number of miles to be able to go through a drive cycle. They told me to come back within 15 days for a free inspection. When I got there on the last day, they said they don’t take state inspections after 6 PM. They said you can come back tomorrow morning and we will take you in and hopefully won’t charge you. So I went back for the 3rd time and sure enough they refused to do it for free. Told me that I didn’t make it within the 15 days period even though I came back on the 15th day and they didn’t want to do the state inspection the day before. This is really a deceptive business tactic. You guys will not get my business in the future and I do not recommend a place like this who only takes money from customers and not provide service.”

“Good experience overall, quick and efficient oil change, checked fluid levels and air filters. However after I got home I noticed the reminder sticker they printed for me listed a 3000 mile reminder instead of the 5000 mile service that I chose. I think it's just an oversight, but could just as likely also be a sales tactic.”

“I did a drop off for a emission test, and it was a wonderful experience. They did more than just performing the emission test.They also give you an overall inspection on other parts, and they do give you recommendation that your car might need. After the offer or the recommendations that was given during the inspection in case my car does need a near future. I might not need it to get it done now but I do appreciate all the inspections that is done through the emission test. I will definitely come back for all other works to get done when I can afford”
