I’m giving three stars because the store had a good selection of casual and classy attire, but the experience left me questioning whether I’d want to return.
I stopped shopping at Old Navy about five years ago when I lived in San Antonio because, on my last two visits, I was followed by associates. Fast forward to today—I now live in Houston and needed a basic tee for an event. I decided to give Old Navy another chance, and at first, my experience was going well.
The store had a great selection, with plenty of sales and options for basic tees. I’m the type of shopper who takes my time when there are many choices, so I grabbed five shirts and went to try them on before anyone could follow me around. So far, so good! After trying them on, I left the dressing room with one tee and continued browsing. I came across more items that caught my eye, and an associate even brought me a shopping bag and helped me find a top. I ended up selecting four more items and went back to try them on.
At that point, the dressing rooms were full, so I waited about five minutes until an associate checked for an open room for me. Once I tried everything on, I decided on three shirts. One of them I really liked, but I wanted to check if I needed a smaller size. Since the dressing rooms were now full, I stood by the rack, trying the shirt on over the one I was already wearing.
That’s when things took a turn. An associate approached me, looked me up and down, and asked if I needed help. I politely said no and continued checking the fit of the shirt. She walked away, only to return moments later—this time, bringing up the rewards program. After confirming that I liked the fit, I went to a mirror to take a better look. I also wanted to see if another color suited me, so I grabbed it and held it up against my skin by the same mirror. I didn’t like it, so I put it back and headed to checkout.
As I stood in line, the same associate walked by again, looking directly at me in a way that made me uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is exactly why I stopped shopping here in the past.

I have been going to this Old Navy location for about five years. I am happy with their products and their pricing. I also want to mention the super helpful people who work here. They are always happy to help.

Horrible horrible horrible management that obviously mistreats and underpays employees. There is no reason why you should be talking to young girls the way that you do especially in front of guests. “Adrianna” I think was your name? If you are reading this, your horrible attitude and disgusting behavior does not go unnoticed. I will NEVER shop here again.

I went to Old Navy in hopes to return a pair of slacks but lost my receipt; I had no issues whatsoever. The cashier was very professional, kind, made me feel at ease in the process of a store credit. In return, I shopped at the Cypress 290 location…looking around I thought the store was very neat, clothes all intact folded in approximate areas. This was the first Old Navy location I’ve ever been to where it’s immaculately designed, cleanliness and the customer service was great. I value places I shop at when employees ask if I’m finding everything alright & smile as they enjoy their place of employment. So goes to say that Management & teamwork goes a long way in making a better place especially in today’s society.

cassidy helped me with all my questions and helped me through my process of setting up my credit card! made it super easy and i felt very welcomed! however, adriana was a terrible person to interact with at this store. she seems terribly bitter and barks at her employees. everything about my local store is amazing BUT this manager adriana just belittles her employees IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. doubt she does a fraction of the work as the people she trashes on. so sad to see that there are other employees who care far more just being treated so poorly who should tbh replace this manager adriana :-/

Always cancel online orders for in store pick up. Claim they have it in stock and then an hour later, it's out of stock.

I came here looking for some work clothes, and there is a great variety of apparel to choose from. I settled on a cute black cardigan and lovely mustard brown blouse. Both were more expensive than I expected. The blouse is $30, and the cardigan is $37. The clothes are both good quality, and I needed new clothes for my first day of work, so I paid the premium. I got a great deal on camisoles, $7 each, and Olivia, a sales associate was very sweet and helpful.
