I’ve been a loyal Pearle Vision customer for nearly three years. The staff is incredible—both professional and friendly—and Dr. Patel is exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. Even if I were to move to another part of town, I’d gladly make the drive. That speaks volumes in Houston!

I highly recommend this place! From the moment I called to let them know I’d be a few minutes late, everyone was so kind and understanding. Dawn took excellent care of me—she was fun, vibrant, and extremely patient. She gave me honest feedback on which glasses suited me best, helping me make the right choice.
Dr. Patel was also fantastic. She quickly figured out that I was having an allergic reaction to the contacts I’d been prescribed. Despite wearing daily contacts, my eyes would dry out by the end of the day. Dr. Patel prescribed eye drops and switched me to a different brand of contacts, and now I can wear them all day without any issues. She explains everything in great detail and has a very warm, caring approach.
Everyone at this location was incredibly friendly, and they were all wearing festive Christmas sweaters! It really added to the cheerful atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

If you're looking for an optometrist who combines professionalism with a genuinely caring touch, Dr. Patel is an absolute gem! She’s so easy to talk to and took the time to explain every step of my eye exam in a way that made me feel confident and well-informed. You can tell she truly cares about her patients' eye health, and that level of care is rare to find.
And I can’t forget to mention Dawn—she was absolutely amazing! After my exam, Dawn helped me pick out the perfect pair of eyeglasses, making the whole process fun and stress-free. She had such a great eye for style and really took the time to find frames that fit my personality and needs. I felt like I had my own personal stylist!
If you're in need of an optometrist who’s as kind and professional as she is knowledgeable, Dr. Patel is the one to see. With Dawn’s help in selecting glasses, I left feeling like I had a whole team supporting me. I can't recommend them both enough!

Brought my glasses in to be fixed after I accidentally bent the ear piece. Jorge was so kind to fix my glasses and even thoroughly cleaned them with me asking.
