They really need to get better at answering the phone. I was on hold for ten minutes and they just hung up on me.

They get new fish and critter shipments on Thursdays. My child loves visiting to see all the animals.

I brought my doodle in today and had one of the most disappointing grooming experiences I’ve ever encountered. The groomer, Kali, along with another staff member (I believe her name was Emily), told me they couldn’t brush out a mildly matted tail — something my previous groomer has always handled with care and patience. Instead, they immediately suggested shaving the tail or that I go buy detangler and do it myself at home. If you’re going to tell a paying customer how to fix it, why not just do it yourself?
To make matters worse, Kali actually said to me, “Well, if your last groomer combed out her tail, maybe you should just go back to her.” That level of unprofessionalism and laziness was honestly shocking. And you know what? I will.
They then told me to go home, brush it out myself, and come back the next day to try again. So not only did they refuse to do their job, they expected me to do it for them — and then rebook another appointment like it was no big deal. If that’s not lazy, I don’t know what is.
They also tried to guilt me by saying brushing her tail would be traumatic and could bruise her because it’s a “sensitive area.” That would be easier to believe if I hadn’t gone home, used detangler and a slicker brush, and gently brushed it out myself in 15 minutes — no trauma, no pain, and not a single mat left.
The salon itself was messy, with hair all over the floor — and while I understand it’s a grooming space, this was beyond normal. The staff seemed disorganized and annoyed from the second I walked in, like they didn’t even know I had an appointment.
I only came to this location because I recently moved nearby, but after today, I’ll gladly drive the extra 30 minutes to a groomer who treats pets with patience, care, and professionalism. If you’re considering this place, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere your dog will actually be taken care of.

My sister took my dog in to get her nails cut! Just her nails!! Mind you my dog is 11 almost 13 years old with a bladder problem so she pees all the time and has sores on her butt (which we’ve already been to the vet for and have medicine for). She has been there before with the same problem going on and they have cut her nails no problem. All the sudden today the girl that was there denied cutting her nails because she was ‘overweight’ after being very nasty to my sister telling her you should take her to a vet and consult about her diet. First of all, you aren’t a vet, so don’t be giving out advice other than grooming advice. So whomever you are you get a round of applause 👏🏼 for being super rude, unprofessional, losing a customer for your store, making my sister cry, and giving your store a bad review. If I could give 0/5 stars I would!

I have never made a review but I am extremely disappointed and upset with our recent experience at this PetSmart Grooming. We brought in our 6 month old puppy to get his nails trimmed and grinded for their Yappy Hour promotion.
We became very concerned when we heard him barking and crying during the process. This was very unusual. Concerned, my husband asked if he could go back to comfort our puppy, but the staff refused. He then asked them to stop the service immediately. When they brought our puppy out, my husband noticed he was bleeding. To make matters worse the groomer tried to claim the injury was already there when we arrived, which was completely false.
Our puppy even growled at the groomer something he has never done before, and we found it alarming. It was clear he was scared and in pain. We were so distressed by what happened that we refused to let our other puppy go through the same experience.
When we spoke with an associate who we later found was the manager—who had only been transferred two weeks prior—told us the only thing they could do was clean the wound and apply antibiotics. There was no apology, no accountability, and no reassurance that this wouldn’t happen again.
Our puppy is now traumatized and no longer trusts anyone when it comes to nail trimming. This experience has left a lasting negative impact, and I would not recommend this grooming location to anyone who values their pet’s well-being.

Horrible service, lot of people shopping. Fanily was filling out adoption paperwork and held up the line for 10 minutes. Finally a manager opened up 2 lines. Waste my time

DO NOT USE THEIR GROOMING SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG!! I was taking my maltipoo there for a while and there were multiple instances where they hurt her during the service and then claimed it was something out of their control. First time being small cuts on her leg and belly, second was soap in her eye so bad she couldn’t open it for two days. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back. I picked my dog up and after i payed and got to my car i saw her leg was bleeding. Her dewclaw was completely ripped off leaving the nail root exposed and yet the groomer didn’t mention anything. I went back inside to a manager and they took her back to the vet where i wasn’t allowed to go with her. Then they came out saying it was “too small to tell” and that it “probably just was cut too short.” I left in tears because there was nothing else i could do without causing a scene. So, if you value your pets safety and comfort, DO NOT USE PETSMART GROOMING. The photos are of her exposed nail bed and when she got soap in her eye and couldn’t open it.

I went into this location yesterday. There was really no customer service. I asked one lady about the birds all she said there are some pam flits I am busy I be right back but never came back. The battas looked bad half of them have swimmers bladder and the cups were nasty. There was no hamsters only one fancy mouse. The guinea pigs bedding was full of poop and the guinea pigs was eating the bedding not enough hay for 4 guinea pigs in one habitat. Only one person helped me out and she was actually really helpful. But not even manager was on sales floor everyone was off in there own world. The customer service was really poor. I been in retail since 03 so what I witnessed I was not happy with it. As a manager I would be on the sales floor and not just in the back. Everyone seemed like they didn't want to be there and in the photos posted there are no of the small animals at all

I am so grateful for Bruce. I got there to pick up an online order and it had been restocked. Bruce quickly helped me get my dog food and helped make the whole process very simple. He was professional and yet caring. I absolutely recommend Petsmart. Sign up for rewards points, they do add up and help save money. Thanks again Bruce!

Lousy service. Not the first time the cashiers have botched their job. The first time they wouldn’t price match claiming they don’t even though their own website clearly states their official policy, which says they do. I reported it to corporate. Last time they failed to provide me with a receipt. Will also be reporting it.

I like the store but this is strictly for the grooming. Asked for short hair and he came back with exact same length with just slight trim. Did the most expensive package with furninator, car is covered in fur from 10 minute ride back. His front doesn’t even look brushed cause it’s still tangled. His face doesn’t even look trimmed. Very very disappointed. Worst grooming experience. I’ve been taking my dog to groomers for ten years, we moved around here and tried petsmart but never again. $110 wasted! Gonna have to go back to another groomers next week for proper haircut. (Please look at the photo, straight out of the groomers. Does it look like he got a haircut???)
