“Arrived at 06:15 for a 07:00 load appt. Check-in was quick, got to dock and started loading at 06:40. Folks were polite and professional. Hazmat load was secured properly and paperwork was in order. Done by 07:45. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, except for maybe obvious driver restroom.”
“The pharmacy personnel did an amazing job helping us get essential medicine when my adult son was very sick. They went above and beyond. The lady who helped us at the Gesner Road location near FM 1960 was the poster person for excellent customer service. We are forever grateful.”

“This place is like heaven, even as an adult. It's so easy to get lost in the place for hours and fill like your cart way more than you expected! It's a bit warm inside because it IS a warehouse... But it is so worth it. I had to go to buy books for my classroom and had so much fun going up and down each aisle looking at all the books! They had the fill a box going on when I was there, but there weren't really any for the age level I was aiming for. Overall, amazing experience, can't wait to go back!”
