It provides fresh, high-quality items at fair prices. The location is noted for being really nice, clean on the inside and outside, and having professional, friendly, and awesome staff. The drink machines work reliably. It is considered the best in downtown Dallas and is open late, after 12am. However, the area can be unsafe at night with homeless people and street walkers nearby, though the presence of security and police forces helps. The store itself is not exactly clean due to its location.
They are all very nice and polite. My personal location of choice Downtown.

The store itself is fine, good selection of products. The clerks are not pleasant and it's unsafe at night. Lots of homeless people nearby to watch out for.

Not Safe! Although they are open 24 hrs so are the street walkers 24 hrs too. The workers are nice but it's not exactly a clean 711 considering the location.
