After carrying around two phones for too long, I went to my favorite Metro PCS store at 1133 N. ZANG. The staff has changed, but the service is still great. Sadiq was the ultimate customer service representative. He apologized for the info I received from the last store. He diligently transferred all of my data from my Android to my iPhone. “I recently added a line to my account and after purchasing one phone decided to upgrade to the flagship one Marlo an Operations Manage for the area was working and she was so helpful and smiling and like a good professional sales person went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!
