I went to another metro to activate my iPhone 3 weeks ago; I was told it could not be done because I was transferring info from an android to an iPhone. After carrying around two phones for too long, I went to my favorite Metro PCS store at 1133 N. ZANG. The staff has changed, but the service is still great. Sadiq was the ultimate customer service representative. He apologized for the info I received from the last store. He diligently transferred all of my data from my Android to my iPhone. “I recently added a line to my account and after purchasing one phone decided to upgrade to the flagship one Marlo an Operations Manage for the area was working and she was so helpful and smiling and like a good professional sales person went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! There were some hic cups with my bank and they couldn't figure out the problem but Marlo took like two minutes to figure out an easy solution an I was out of there! Thank you Marlo! I don't usually leave reviews but her professinaliam and joy about what she does was like raw energy! Positive power!!”

“10/10 Recommend for all your phone and electronic repair needs ive had several cell phones and other electronics repaired by them. I would also recommend the cases really nice just careful with the ones with the stuff that dangles it breaks off easily i secured mines with glue before putting it on. I wouldnt recommend the screen protectors here though just my honest opinion im looking into furniture next so I'll come back and update afterwards but so far i love this place great customer service the guys here seem nice will definitely be going back. Overall great experience!!!!”
