I was boiling, and out of spite, I was determined to fix it myself. I finally found open-to-public HVAC parts and made the drive from Denton, and they sold me all the parts to rebuild my system. “This place gets 5 stars from me. I lost my phone that I had with another carrier and bought a phone from a friend (had it unlocked and was good to go), and decided I would just switch carriers. I did everything online, made sure the phone was compatible, picked the plan, decided to do the eSIM option, chose option to keep my current number, paid the fees of the plan, activated the eSIM and downloaded it to the new device. However, the phone still wasn’t making or receiving calls or texts, even though it now said it was on the Metro by T-Mobile network with full bars and 5G emblem. Metro made this very difficult to get help, as they require a pin be text to you (even though you can provide them the 8 digit pin you created). It seemed NOBODY understood they couldn’t send the pin as the phone was active but still not getting service. I went to several stores (because also while trying to get this taken care of over a two day period all the Metro PCS stores systems went down), how we, this location at 1133N Zhang BLVD in Dallas were the only ones willing to really help and comprehend. Both the young lady and 8 assuming the manager were amazing. Once they figured out it was a porting issue and I obtained the transfer pin the manager was able to fix everything with ease. I had to end up paying for a physical SIM card but that was reasonable, and he didn’t try to charge me $25 dollars like the location in downtown Dallas o; Lamar street (scamming people and only would accept cash after I stated I would call metro and have it credited). I appreciate this location for helping with ease after customer service and several other locations put me through hell and didn’t listen or seem to care. If you have Metro PCS in the Dallas area, I highly recommend this location; if you’re thinking of getting MetroPCS, this is the location to visit, they definitely go above and beyond to help.”

Been looking to upgrade a phone for photography and video work and have had my eye on purchasing a Samsung S23 Ultra. That's when I stumbled on Recharge Electronics. By sheer luck, I was visiting the 7-11 next door when my wife noticed this store. Gave them a shot and Mike was great at helping us find a phone to replace my aging S10. Recharge offered a Samsung S23 Ultra in prime condition for $800. Compare that to Best Buy (next best price) at $945 on sale and it's easy to see how great the deals here are. After purchase, went down to my local service store, got it setup, and purchased a case and screen protector for less than Best Buy's price. The value and service here are so good, we're already discussing the possibility of buying my wife's phone here in the next year. If you're looking for electronics in test and great condition, check them out!”
