It’s clean and well equipped, the staff is friendly. Some of the snacks like the chips and everything bagel nuts are great value. I liked the cherry slurpee but unfortunately felt pretty nauseous afterwards

Gas pumps do not work for 7-11 rewards and always out of receipt paper. Homeless everywhere and dirty parking area. Staff is wonderful and very pleasant.
