I stopped to get an energy drink and use the restroom. There was no tissue the cashier was trying to get in the door while I was trying to wash my hands the cashier was rude for no reason at all..

Why have the 24 hour schedule if they are closed? I wanted to give 7-11 the chance (despite having a quick trip nearby)because I had great customer service at another location....it is the inconsistencies and having staff that do not care about customers that keep me away from this chain.

I bought a mineral water and a empty cup, then after I pay my drink the cashier told to pay 75 cents for the cup, so I paid. I know it’s not that much but these owner are greedy. Next time they will be charging me for napkins lol.
